The Nestlé Technical Training Centre (NTTC) sits inside the Flowergate factory in Sagamu. Trainees learn on real plant equipment alongside the production teams, which means the experience is practical from day one.
The programme leads to a City & Guilds qualification in Engineering Maintenance, assessed and certified in London. Every trainee builds a portfolio of evidence unit by unit, so graduates leave with documented proof of what they can do.
Workshop sessions covering mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance on real Nestlé plant equipment.
Assignments, Form 5s, and all supporting evidence are submitted and tracked through the online portal.
External assessors review portfolios against the City & Guilds standard. Candidates who pass receive internationally recognised certification.
Trainees spend time inside the Nestlé Sagamu factory throughout the programme, putting what they learn straight into practice.
